The GB P&B team is a vital component in the end-to-end servicing of an account.
We provide critical documentation and billing support for our brokers, empowering them with information to efficiently service an account.
This role relates to the creation of documents before and after placing business, generating invoices on behalf of the broker and delivering the final policy document.
Key ResponsibilitiesKPI Management- Meet KPI targets defined for the role while maintaining set SLA accuracy/quality and TAT standards prescribed by the Business Unit.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business process.
- Update work tracker and time tracking tools accurately and in real-time basis.
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as directed by Team Leader.
- Ensure adherence to compliance and operate within internal and external regulatory guidelines. Protect clients, colleagues, and company interests.
- Participate actively in team meetings and contribute valuable insights.
- Proactively support key initiatives that drive change implementation.
- Inform team Manager instantly of any feedback (including breaches/errors) found in the process.
- Maintain ongoing, effective relationships with stakeholders (Internal/External).
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required. Preferred Commerce or Insurance background.
Skills and Competencies:
- Analytical skills: Research, collect, interpret, analyze, and problem-solve information.
- Attention to Detail: Achieve thoroughness, accuracy, and completeness when accomplishing a task.
- Effective Communication Skills: Comprehend, articulate, and respond effectively to information through verbal and written mediums.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Have requisite knowledge level and understanding.
