We are seeking a Knowledge Transfer and Management Specialist to drive knowledge-sharing excellence across our organization. The successful candidate will lead and manage end-to-end knowledge transfer and functional process training for GBS managed functions.

Mission:

To ensure upskilling and transition support across platforms such as Oracle, SuccessFactors, and local HR Systems, the role will be responsible for training new users, upskilling existing users, supporting new functionality rollouts, and developing test cases for emerging business scenarios.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Training Content
  • Conduct Engaging Training Sessions
  • Track Training Effectiveness
  • Promote Operational Excellence

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in Shared Services Organization/GBS/GCC, with 3+ years in training or learning & development roles.
  • Familiarity with compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle Financials, MSD, and Invevo platforms.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
