Job Title:

Manufacturing Solutions Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Development
    • Design and execute SAP projects to ensure timely delivery of quality results.
    • Develop and implement effective project management methodologies.
  • Manufacturing Expertise
    • Apply manufacturing expertise to optimize SAP solutions for production planning, inventory management, and supply chain management.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
  • SAP Technical Leadership
    • Provide technical leadership in SAP modules relevant to manufacturing, including SAP FICO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM, PS, and analytics tools like Data Lake and Tableau.
    • Ensure best practices in SAP implementation and customization.
  • Integration and Technical Skills
    • Hands-on experience with integration of third-party business applications, BASIS, and GRC.
    • Manage and oversee the integration of SAP with other systems and applications.
  • Team Management
    • Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and functional experts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
    • Recruit, train, and manage team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and management of expectations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Quality Assurance
    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure SAP solutions meet business requirements and technical standards.
    • Conduct regular project reviews and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Process Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within manufacturing operations using SAP.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing processes and drive operational efficiency.
