Job Title: Kubernetes Expertise

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned expert in Kubernetes to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will be responsible for developing and supporting a cutting-edge Kubernetes based platform.

The platform hosts a multitude of security analytics applications that process large volumes of data, posing interesting scale and performance challenges. Your expertise in designing and implementing scalable and high-performance systems will be crucial in overcoming these challenges.

You will work closely with our big data platforms team to ensure seamless integration and operation of the platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable and highly available Kubernetes clusters.
  • Implement efficient data processing pipelines using Go and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Provide expert-level support for the platform, including troubleshooting and optimizing cluster performance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Kubernetes ecosystem operators and big data platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Kubernetes and Go.
  • Demonstrated expertise in containerization using Docker and Helm.
  • Familiarity with cloud native computing, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug complex issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team environment.
