Collections Performance Driver

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive collections performance through strategic digital outreach. The ideal candidate will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns to improve customer engagement and recovery.

About the Role:

The Collections Performance Driver will be responsible for managing digital vendors, campaign platforms, and analytics to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and executing multi-channel campaigns tailored to customer segments and delinquency stages.
  • Maintaining a campaign calendar aligned with business priorities and regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to align messaging, tone, and escalation protocols.
  • Utilizing campaign builder platforms to configure and allocate customer segments across delinquency buckets, channels, and vendors.
  • Ensuring dynamic allocation logic based on risk scores, payment behavior, and campaign responsiveness.
  • Continuously monitoring and refining allocation rules to optimize recovery outcomes and operational efficiency.

Vendor Management:

The successful candidate will manage digital campaign vendors and platforms, ensuring performance, compliance, and seamless integration with internal systems. This includes tracking vendor KPIs such as engagement rate, PTP conversion, and recovery performance.

Analytics & Optimization:

The Collections Performance Driver will leverage campaign analytics to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities. This involves using A/B testing, segmentation analysis, and predictive modeling to refine outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field.
  • 5–10 years in digital marketing, collections strategy, or campaign management.
  • Experience in financial services, NBFCs, or fintech preferred.
