Job Summary:

Drive Efficiency and Cost Savings in Manufacturing Operations

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our client's operations team, you will play a critical role in driving cost-saving opportunities and enhancing manufacturing processes across the client's operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct detailed diagnostics to identify areas for improvement in production and operations.
  • Collaborate with plant managers, operations heads, and client teams to design and implement process improvement solutions.
  • Develop and execute manufacturing excellence projects ensuring alignment with operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
  • Sustain implemented changes through capability building of client teams.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders within the client organization and consulting team.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing excellence, process improvement, or operations roles.
  • Strong experience in snacking manufacturing preferred; Food and Beverage manufacturing experience required.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings and process optimization projects.
  • On-ground manufacturing plant experience with reputed brands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, or related disciplines; relevant certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
About this Opportunity:

This is a 12-month contractual opportunity based in Gurugram, with some pan-India travel as required.
