Drive Cost Savings and Process Efficiency Initiatives

A leading consulting firm is supporting a snack manufacturing company in their cost optimisation and process efficiency initiatives.

This role is critical to driving cost-saving opportunities and enhancing manufacturing processes across the client's operations.

  • Conduct detailed diagnostics to identify cost-saving opportunities in production and operations.
  • Collaborate with plant managers, operations heads, and client teams to design and implement improvement solutions.
  • Drive manufacturing excellence projects ensuring alignment with operational KPIs and business goals.
  • Support capability building of client teams to sustain implemented changes.
  • P present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders within the client organisation and consulting team.

Requirements:

  • 510 years of experience in manufacturing excellence, process improvement, or operations roles.
  • Strong experience in snacking manufacturing preferred; FMCG manufacturing experience required.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering cost savings and process optimisation projects.
  • On-ground manufacturing plant experience with reputed FMCG brands.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Operations, or related disciplines; relevant certifications (Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.

Benefits:

This is a 12-month (extendable) contractual opportunity based in Gurugram, with some pan-India travel as required.
