Manufacturing Team Lead Job Description

This role is responsible for leading the manufacturing team and overseeing the production process. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and direct a team of employees, and have experience in managing production processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing operations, with experience in supervising teams and managing production schedules. They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and direct a team of employees to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Oversee the production process, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
