Job Title: Credit Leadership Position

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced credit professional to lead our team as the Head of Credit. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of credit functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Credit Policy Development: Develop and implement effective credit policies and processes that align with industry best practices.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a geographically spread team of experienced professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of credit functions.
  • Credit Portfolio Management: Manage a large portfolio of SME and corporate clients, ensuring timely and accurate decision-making.
  • Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with technological advancements and digital tools used in credit underwriting and risk management.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: CA or MBA Finance from a reputed B-School.
  • Industry Experience: 18-20 years of relevant industry experience, with strong experience of handling credit functions in banking or NBFCs.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading credit teams and managing portfolios of SME and corporate clients.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
