Human Resources Specialist

The HR generalist position is a key contributor to our organization's talent management and employee engagement initiatives. As an HR generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing full-cycle HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning and development.
Our ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to meet their talent requirements. We are seeking someone with a multi-tasking approach, comfortable working with multiple clients, and possessing a collaborative mindset.
Achievement-oriented candidates with experience in innovative solutioning, agile approaches, and thinking on their feet would be beneficial. Hosting HR initiatives and public speaking would be considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: source, interview, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and facilitate post-offer engagement.
- Talent Management: oversee online onboarding, documentations, conduct induction sessions, confirm process, exit interviews, and analysis.
- Manage internship programs.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute engagement programs based on Employee Engagement calendars.
- Conduct HR/talent process sessions, conceptualize, and plan soft skills programs.
- Will take on HR projects in any talent focus area and plan and execute.
- Create dashboards/HR analytics of tasks executed and send reports to management.
