The role of the Administrative Support Professional will be pivotal in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at our organization. Key responsibilities will include facilitating local and international travel arrangements, managing office supplies and housekeeping, maintaining administrative records, and coordinating schedules for senior executives.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. The selected individual must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, maintain confidentiality, and exercise discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate business trips by arranging travel, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including office supplies and housekeeping.
- Maintain registers of office supplies, correspondence, and admin-related books of accounts.
- Coordinate schedules for senior executives.
- Prioritize events and presentations in prescribed formats.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field.
- Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others.
