  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, aligning with business objectives and timelines.
  • Liaise with design engineers and suppliers to ensure Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and high product yield.
  • Interface with OEMs, PCB design houses, and vendors to guarantee project success.
  • Manage change control and documentation for design revisions and process updates.
  • Drive execution excellence with clear KPIs and regular program reviews.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to provide timely updates.
  • Pursue regulatory certification agency partnerships to develop plans for product certification and drive schedule adherence.
