Leadership Wellness Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Co-Founder. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who shares our vision of creating a revolutionary executive and corporate wellness platform.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building the product roadmap, leading a small engineering team, and driving operational excellence. They will also be expected to work closely with our Founders on GTM, pricing logic, and product-market fit.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of full-stack development, DevOps experience, and cloud infrastructure. You should also be comfortable integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs.

This is an equity-linked partnership opportunity that offers direct influence on all aspects of the company journey. We are looking for someone who is passionate about leadership wellness and is committed to making a positive impact.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in building product startups/platforms
  • Strong frontend + backend experience (React/Next, React Native/Flutter or equivalent; Node.js/Django/Go)
  • Cloud + infra: AWS/GCP experience, Docker, CI/CD (GitHub Actions/GitLab), monitoring
  • Experience integrating payments, calendars, video SDKs, and CRMs
  • Comfortable building demos & pitching tech to investors/partners
  • Strong operations mindset – process, automation, vendor, and SLA management
  • Founder/owner mentality, high ownership, excellent communication
