Job Opportunity: Senior HR Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Operations Leader to drive strategic initiatives and oversee the execution of all HR operations.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong track record of managing HR teams, driving business outcomes, and fostering a positive organisational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the HR operations team to ensure smooth execution of all processes.
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Drive Business Intelligence reporting, HR automation, and digitization initiatives.
  • Lead performance management processes and support business leaders with appraisal systems, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Design and implement Learning and Development programs to upskill employees and support growth.
  • Develop HR policies aligned with business objectives and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Build employee engagement strategies, wellness initiatives, and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Proven team handling and leadership experience in HR operations.
  • Strong expertise in Payroll & Compliance, Business Intelligence, Policy Development, Learning and Development, and Employee Engagement.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills.

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (mandatory).
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including team management in mid-to-large organisations.
