We are seeking an experienced Senior Government Business Development Executive to join our team at SHI | Locuz - An SHI Company. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue in the government sector.

About the Role

">

This is a quota-carrying sales position that requires a strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets in government sales. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the government sector.

Key Responsibilities

">
  • ">
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets set for the Central Govt & PSU Vertical">
  • Prospect and identify qualified opportunities">
  • Gain an understanding of customers' diverse and specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet them">
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned Geo / Vertical">
  • Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events">
  • Be responsible for forecasting and reporting business opportunities as well as building and maintaining business pipeline, pipeline creation through multiple activities such as targeted workshops, events, seminars, etc.">
  • Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature">
  • Meet Sales targets - a quota carrying role to consistently deliver against forecast and goals">
  • Ensure face time with customer for selling and conduct sales presentation">
  • Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities">
  • Network with existing customers to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades">

Requirements

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 4+ years of Successful Sales experience, consistently meeting or exceeding targets in Government Sales">
  • Exposure to IT Infra/System Integration Solutions is a plus">
  • Consistent track record of closed sales, customer satisfaction, teamwork, Business forecasting, pipeline development">
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively">
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise">

Salary Range

">

The estimated salary range for this position is ₹25,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
