Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP IT Support professional to work with real estate ERP systems, specifically Farvision and In4Velocity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business associates and ERP vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications.
- Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including sales, customer care, billing, taxation, engineering, contracting, finance, and administration.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement within the ERP system.
- Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
- Supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
- Register new real estate clients under the ERP system, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate ERP systems.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of ERP applications.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
