Market Development Representative

Job Description
Logitech is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales and marketing team.
We are looking for a talented professional who can find new leads, follow them up, and make conversions.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, tech-savvy, curious, and motivated, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
2. Make outbound calls to potential customers and BANT qualify leads
3. Understand customers' needs and requirements to identify sales opportunities; upsell and cross-sell products and services
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
5. Effective lead management to ensure prompt conversion and closure of unqualified leads
Requirements
Key Qualifications
1. 3-4 years of inside sales experience in a dynamic B2B sales and marketing environment
2. Strong phone presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills
3. Good team player, resourceful, and results-driven
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
5. Experience working on Salesforce, including ability to perform analysis, create customized reports, and dashboards
