About the Role:
At MarketStar, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales function, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing business relationships.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize sales data and insights to inform sales strategies and optimize sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing initiatives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
