Job Description:

As a key member of our technical support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our access control and CCTV systems. Your primary responsibility will be to provide technical assistance and troubleshooting services to internal clients, resolving issues related to system configuration, hardware, and software.

You will work closely with other teams to identify and analyze system failures, track issues through to resolution, and escalate unresolved matters to the appropriate internal departments. In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for documenting technical knowledge and best practices in our dedicated file depository/knowledge base.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Strong understanding of access control and CCTV systems
    • Experience in installation and maintenance of access control and CCTV systems is a plus
    • Familiarity with CCURE 9000 and CCURE GO software and all related hardware (e.g., iStar controller)
    • Familiarity with enterprise CCTV systems like Intellicene (Cognyte/Verint), Symphia VMS, Genetec video solutions etc.
    • Familiarity with Windows Server Operating systems (e.g., Windows Server 2016, 2019)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking
    • Technical troubleshooting and reverse engineering skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Motivated self-starter and ability to multitask
