International Voice Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating CRM, making outbound calls daily using provided leads, verifying and screening prospective customer data, capturing additional information, and assessing customer interest in our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Update CRM and make outbound calls daily using provided leads
  • Verify and screen prospective customer data
  • Capture additional information and assess customer interest in our products
  • Work closely with the Sales team for lead allocation
  • Ensure lead accuracy and quality before handing off to counsellors
Requirements:
  • Any graduate degree
  • Strong spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable with US shift timings
