As the Head of Autonomous Networks, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and industry leadership.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale transformation programs for Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Strategy: Develop and implement Infinite's global Autonomous Networks strategy, ensuring alignment with business growth and industry trends.
  • Drive Execution: Lead large-scale delivery programs with CSPs and OEMs, delivering measurable business impact through advanced automation and AI/ML solutions.
  • Innovate & Differentiate: Champion next-generation solutions in orchestration, self-healing networks, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native architectures.
  • Engage at the Highest Levels: Represent Infinite in global industry bodies, executive forums, and customer boardroom discussions, shaping industry perspectives on autonomous networks.
  • Build World-Class Teams: Attract, mentor, and empower high-performing technical and delivery teams across geographies. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Collaborate Globally: Partner with senior executives, technology leaders, and ecosystem partners to design and implement transformative solutions at scale.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven expertise in network automation, AI/ML-driven operations, OSS/BSS transformation, 5G/edge, and cloud-native solutions.
  • Track record of success leading global transformation programs for CSPs and OEMs, from vision to large-scale execution.
  • Executive presence & influence with demonstrated ability to engage senior stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and navigate complex global organizations.
  • Business & commercial acumen with a strong ability to balance technology leadership with business growth outcomes.
  • Educational background: Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; executive leadership certifications a plus.
