Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across various functions and business areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance and Governance: You will have experience working in or dealing with compliance and associated matters. This includes knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Transformation Initiatives: You will have experience managing and/or working for large and complex transformation initiatives. This includes leading cross-functional teams and developing strategic plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Change Delivery Standards: You will have knowledge and experience of SCB's change delivery standards and governance requirements. This includes implementing best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Technical Skills: You will be proficient in tools such as Clarity, Microsoft Office, Confluence, and ADO. You will also have experience in core platform implementation, system integration, and change management across anti-financial crime landscapes.
  • Problem-Solving: You will have strong skills in conceptual and quantitative problem-solving, aligning a broad range of stakeholders from multiple functions, and executing against a tightly defined timeline and budget.
  • Communication: You will have excellent professional skills, including verbal and written communication. You will also have highly developed communication and stakeholder management skills, able to converse in appropriate levels of detail with Business Heads, COOs/CIOs, Frontline, Middle Office/Operations Risk, Legal & Compliance (L&C), Financial Crime Compliance (FCC), etc.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Project Management Certification required.
