Job Description

At the forefront of digital innovation, we seek a visionary leader to spearhead transformation in Insurance Digital Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and mining opportunities in existing Insurance accounts leveraging domain expertise, lean six sigma, digital & analytics transformation.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work across a range of challenges and client situations, interacting with account teams (sales & operations) and front-ending with clients. You will require strong consultative and networking skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple functional teams within the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading growth and mining initiatives in existing Insurance accounts
  • Developing innovative digital assets leveraging RPA, AI and analytics
  • Providing industry-leading insights and advisory services to clients
  • Defining and executing value generation roadmaps for clients leading to meaningful impact
  • Partnering with multi-function teams to enrich client engagements

The ideal candidate will possess relevant experience in running transformation solution deployments in the back and middle office, specific experience in digital/analytics implementation, and awareness of technologies like RPA, AI, Workflow, Data Engineering, Analytics, Six Sigma, and LEAN principles.

We are seeking individuals who can thrive in uncertainty, manage teams and customers in ambiguous environments, and have excellent communication, presentation, and project delivery skills.
