Account Delivery Head

We are seeking a seasoned Account Delivery Head to join our team.

The Account Delivery Head will be responsible for managing the overall performance and governance of Statements of Work (SOWs) in collaboration with Vendor Account Managers. This includes overseeing the day-to-day operations, identifying and resolving service delivery issues, and implementing preventative measures.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Digital Ad Sales and possess strong B2C/B2B sales skills. A dynamic leader with experience managing large teams across multiple sites is essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required.

The Account Delivery Head will lead a high-performing team through an exciting transition, building their capabilities to develop deeper and more scalable solutions. The role involves delivering projects involving quantitative analysis, industry research, and strategy development, working closely with internal and global cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will identify actionable insights, suggest recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication. Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills are also necessary.

Critical Skills Required:

  • 18 years of experience in contact center operations
  • Strong B2C/B2B sales experience
  • Digital marketing ads sales experience
  • Dynamic leader with experience managing large and diverse teams
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent level of English, both written and verbal
