Senior Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced attorney to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong legal acumen, leadership capabilities, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to clients on complex legal matters across core practice areas.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents including contracts, agreements, pleadings, and opinions.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and regulatory hearings, as required.
  • Manage and mentor junior colleagues, ensuring high-quality work and professional development.
  • Take ownership of client relationships, including managing expectations and delivering timely, strategic counsel.
  • Contribute to business development through networking, client engagement, and thought leadership initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • LL.B. from a reputable law school.
  • 5+ years of post-qualification experience at a reputable law firm or advocate office.
  • Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage matters independently and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven experience in client handling and team supervision.
