Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Tax Advisory Services Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert advice on direct tax matters, including merger and acquisition transactions, transfer pricing, and international taxation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advisory Services: Provide expert advice on direct tax matters, including merger and acquisition transactions, transfer pricing, and international taxation.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct thorough investigations into direct tax implications of business transactions.
  • Litigation Support: Assist in preparation of legal submissions and presentations for senior counsel.
  • Research and Analysis: Analyze complex tax laws and regulations to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of PQE
  • Qualified CA
  • Strong knowledge of direct tax laws and regulations
