US Tax Leadership Role

Are you an accomplished tax professional with a passion for leadership and team management? Do you have expertise in US taxation and a strong understanding of IRS regulations?

We are seeking a seasoned Associate Vice President to lead our US Taxation team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and review of complex tax returns, providing strategic tax advisory services, and ensuring compliance with IRS regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of tax professionals.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of complex US tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065, etc.).
  • Provide strategic US tax advisory services, including tax planning, risk management, and strategy formulation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Competency Requirements:

A minimum of 10 years of experience in US tax, with at least 5 years in a managerial role overseeing tax teams. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required. Enrolled Agent (EA) certification is preferred, but other tax certifications will be considered.
