Indirect Tax Associate Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Associate Leader. The successful candidate will have expertise in indirect tax laws and regulations, as well as excellent analytical and research skills.
The incumbent will be responsible for handling complex engagements related to indirect tax laws, appeals, and representation before various forums. They will also be involved in litigation management services, tax restructuring, and tax advisory services.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with clients to advise on strategic issues and understand client needs
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services to important accounts
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- In-depth knowledge of indirect tax laws and other related laws
- Strong analytical and researching skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented individual with leadership and team management skills
A CA or Law Graduate from a known law school with a strong academic track record and 4-7 years of post-qualification experience in indirect tax in the field of indirect tax litigation or advisory is required.
