Job Overview

About this role:

  • The position is a new addition to the Group Legal Team, focusing on leading and providing expert legal advice in Hyderabad.
  • Responsibilities include commercial and employment law, corporate governance, IP, tax, litigation, and other areas.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Hyderabad legal team.
  • Provide pragmatic, commercial, strategic legal advice to the Hyderabad Leadership Team.
  • Support and advise on all employment law matters.
  • Draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts and advise on related matters.
  • Advise and support on all other legal matters arising in Flutter Hyderabad, including litigation, IP, governance etc.
Requirements
  • A qualified lawyer with 8+ year post-qualification experience.
  • Desire to understand Flutter's business and be part of the team.
  • Solid experience in commercial contracts, IP, employment law, and litigation.
  • Proven track record of successfully advising sizable businesses on complex legal matters.
  • Confidence and maturity to deal with complex situations.
