Job Title: Senior Performance Test EngineerLocation: Pan IndiaResponsibilities:
  • Lead and execute end-to-end performance testing for online banking applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and exceptional user experience.
  • Collaborate closely with Dev, DevOps, and business teams to define performance requirements, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Design, develop, and implement test scripts using industry-leading tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, etc., to simulate real-world scenarios.
  • Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable optimization recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Deliver comprehensive performance reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Integrate performance testing seamlessly within CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • In-depth expertise in BFSI/online banking domain, with a strong understanding of its complexities.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard performance testing tools, including JMeter, LoadRunner, Neoload, or Gatling.
  • Familiarity with APM tools, such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or New Relic, to monitor application performance.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages like Java, Groovy, Python, or Shell, to create custom test scripts.
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Bamboo.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and microservices architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, with a solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices.
