Job Title: Category Manager Sexual WellnessThis is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Category Manager for the sexual wellness category.Key Responsibilities:
  • Category Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement category strategies aligned with overall business objectives, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory management.
  • Market Analysis & Research: Conduct market research, analyze sales data, and monitor competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the sexual wellness category.
  • Product Assortment Management: Select and manage the product assortment, ensuring it meets customer needs and aligns with category strategies, including new product introductions and delisting underperforming items.
  • Pricing & Promotion: Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies to maximize sales and profitability, including promotional calendars, pricing analysis, and price optimization.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiate favorable terms, and manage vendor performance.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sexual wellness category, analyze results, and prepare reports for management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies that align with overall business objectives, including assortment planning, pricing strategies, promotional planning, and inventory management. They will also conduct market research, analyze sales data, and monitor competitor activity to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the sexual wellness category.
