The Talent Acquisition Manager is a critical role that plays a vital part in supporting the volume hiring for various business units. As a key member of the talent acquisition team, you will collaborate with business leaders to understand their talent needs and develop strategic plans to meet those requirements.

You will lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial planning to onboarding, ensuring that all aspects of recruitment and selection are met. This includes effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocols, assessment, background checks, and offers.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing talent strategies to drive business growth and improve productivity. You will determine headcount, skills, and experience requirements for new hires and provide recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
