Human Resources Internship

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Human Resources intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across various HR functions. This internship provides a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs), including Recruitment, HR Operations, Learning & Development (L&D), and Compensation & Benefits (C&B).

  • Assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting HR data to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the creation of reports and dashboards to track key HR metrics.
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for HR processes to ensure efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to standardize workflows.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies and analyze compensation data.
  • Provide support in evaluating employee benefits and drafting recommendations.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of Learning & Development programs.
  • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and gathering feedback.
  • Partner with Recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives.
  • Provide assistance in HR Operations, including employee data management and compliance tracking.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Passion for learning and contributing to a dynamic HR environment.
