Job Title: Pricing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Strategist to drive our pricing strategy, manage global and regional price lists, analyze market competitiveness, and support sales teams with pricing requests.

The role will require the candidate to have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in pricing management, preferably in a related industry, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies aligned with business objectives and market positioning.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis, benchmark pricing, and apply statistical models for profitability insights.
  • Manage Global & Local Price Lists (GLP, CLP), ensuring accuracy in sales tools.
  • Support Product Management in pricing new products, accessories, and spare parts.
  • Deliver pricing reports & KPIs (price realization, evolution, margin analysis) to management.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing management (preferably in a related industry).
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP (ERP, CPQ, Variant Configurator).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and excellent communication skills.

Languages: Fluency in English is required.
