Job Title: Senior Project Strategist

The successful candidate will lead software development initiatives, serving as both project manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams. They will manage the entire product development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.

  • Manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering and analysis to design, development, deployment, and post-launch support.
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including business analysts, UI/Backend developers, QA, DevOps, and Support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming.
  • Deliver projects under fixed price and time & material engagement models, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Champion software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design.
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams.
