We are a large convenience store operator in the United States, operating over 3,800 sites across retail, wholesale, and fleet segments.

Job Overview:

This position involves coordinating price book entries, setting up new vendors, updating product information, and managing promotions for stores. You will also troubleshoot store issues and provide price book support.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Input and maintain item-level detail information in the PDI Enterprise Pricebook.
  • Input new and updated item-level pricing and monthly promotional activity from multiple vendors in the price book.
  • Maintain and clean up price book data, ensuring regular upkeep of item information and discontinuing old items.
  • Work daily with operations, accounting, marketing, and vendor partners.
  • Identify, research, and resolve problems through reporting and other means.
  • Solve problems on the first call.
  • Escalate calls as needed.
  • Respond to all calls, emails, and personnel requests within the same day.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain and support the retail price book.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • PDI/price book experience is highly desirable.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Willings to learn store applications, including PDI software.
  • Strong organizational skills with emphasis on detail and follow-up.
  • Excellent data entry and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be articulate in verbal and written communications.
  • Candidates must be a team player and flexible to changing assignments and direction.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Multi-tasking skills.
