Revenue Management Specialist

This role entails leading strategic pricing, forecasting, and distribution optimization initiatives across our portfolio of boutique hotels. The ideal candidate must thrive in a dynamic environment, possessing both high-level thinking and hands-on skills to drive performance.

  • Oversight and execution of revenue management strategies across multiple properties.
  • Analysis of key performance indicators such as ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, booking pace, and lead times to identify pricing opportunities and implement rate updates.
  • Preparation and sharing of regular forecast reports and revenue dashboards with the team.
  • Performance monitoring and analysis including metrics on ADR, RevPAR, occupancy, pacing, booking window, and segmentation trends.
  • Management of rates, restrictions, and inventory using Cloudbeds (our Property Management System).
  • Conducting competitive set analysis and tracking market demand drivers, local events, and seasonal trends.
  • Development and management of online travel agency pricing, availability, and promotions.
  • Generation and presentation of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc performance reports to leadership.
  • Evaluation of pricing strategies and promotions for effectiveness and adjustment as needed.
  • Input on distribution strategy, including new channel opportunities or rate plan adjustments.
  • Recommendation of process improvements and support for training junior staff or revenue support roles.
