Job Title: Reservation Team Coordinator

About the Role:

Key to success in this position lies in handling daily tasks and workloads efficiently, ensuring all reservations, enquiries, and special requests are accurately processed and confirmed in line with established standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Task Management: Incoming guest calls & emails, provide information about hotel services in accordance with set protocols.
  • Effective Communication and Attention to Detail: Ensure effective communication skills and a keen eye for details.
  • Process Reservations and Enquiries: Accurately process and confirm reservations, enquiries, and special requests in line with company policies.
  • Educate Guests on Hotel Philosophy: Educate guests and key prospects on hotel philosophy and wellness offerings while addressing their individual needs.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Handle complex inquiries and requests, maintain a professional and courteous approach during guest interactions.
  • Maintain Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records and generate reports related to reservations, occupancy, and revenue as needed.
  • Build Relationships with Guests: Build and maintain strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat visits and cultivate new guest relationships to foster loyalty.
  • Assist with Reservation Bookings: Assist guests with reservation bookings via phone and email, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records are maintained in the Property Management System (PMS) & CRM.
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Proactively follow up and engage with guests throughout their journey at our hotel to enhance their overall experience.
  • Identify and Solve Problems: Effective in identifying, analyzing and solving problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • 2-3 plus years of experience.
