OverviewEverest Base Camp, Mussoorie—one of Uttarakhand's premier luxury glamping resorts inspired by nature and the legacy of Sir George Everest—is seeking an enthusiastic Reservations and Sales Associate for its Gurgaon office. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a hospitality brand known for delivering bespoke experiences in the Himalayas.
Responsibilities- Manage guest inquiries and reservation requests for Everest Base Camp, Mussoorie, ensuring a seamless and personalized booking experience.
- Drive room sales and promote luxury camping packages with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and special requests in line with company standards.
- Collaborate closely with front office and operations teams to offer holistic guest experiences.
- Keep accurate reservation and sales records; maintain thorough knowledge of all offerings—from luxury tents to curated outdoor activities.
- Lead the reservation and sales team serving bookings for other client hotels.
- Monitor and analyze sales, promoting new strategies to stay ahead of competition.
- Train, mentor, and supervise team members, fostering growth and consistent service excellence.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, tourism, or business preferred.
- 1-2 years' experience in sales, reservations, or hospitality operations.
- Leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities a must.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
Salary is according to market standards and applicant experience, with performance-based incentives.
