Hotel Revenue Management Lead

Spectra Hospitality is expanding its portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels across India, and we are seeking a seasoned Hotel Revenue Management Lead to drive strategy, strengthen processes, and unlock topline performance.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a revenue management professional to join our team and play a pivotal role in building future-ready processes and frameworks for revenue and asset management.

We're looking for someone with 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure, who can analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multi-property revenue management across our managed and asset-managed hotels, driving channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve the optimal business mix, and collaborating with GMs, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Lead multi-property revenue management across Spectra's managed and asset-managed hotels.
  • Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve the optimal business mix.
  • Collaborate with GMs, operations, and marketing teams to align revenue and commercial strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.
  • Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
