Revenue Data Analyst Position

  • This role involves developing and executing revenue strategies for a portfolio of U.S.-based vacation rental properties.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to inform pricing decisions and boost RevPAR, ADR, and overall revenue.
  • They will also monitor market indicators and competitor performance to make informed revenue decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and managing data-driven pricing strategies using tools like KeyData and PriceLabs.
  • Analyzing occupancy trends, pacing data, and market dynamics to adjust pricing and optimize revenue.
  • Monitoring market indicators and competitor performance to inform revenue decisions.
  • Developing performance dashboards and reports to support internal and client-facing analysis.
  • Conducting property audits to identify revenue opportunities and improvement areas.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in revenue management or data analytics within the short-term vacation rental industry.
  • Mandatory experience with KeyData, PriceLabs, or equivalent dynamic pricing tools.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
