Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning: Develop comprehensive financial plans to guide business growth and strategy. This includes preparing forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. This includes evaluating financial performance metrics such as revenue growth, profitability, and return on investment.
  • Financial Reporting: Lead the preparation and presentation of financial reports to stakeholders. This includes ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial results, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other relevant financial information.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee the efficient management of cash resources to meet business needs. This includes monitoring cash inflows and outflows, managing short-term debt, and optimizing working capital.
Requirements
  • Professional Certification: Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) or Certified Public Accountant (CA) certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field from a recognized institution.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, ability to work independently in a remote setting.
