Chartered Accountant for Hospitality Finance

This is a full-time, on-site role at our company. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial activities of our hospitality business.

The individual will prepare financial reports, conduct financial analysis, and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. They will also manage accounts receivable, liaise with external auditors, and maintain accurate financial statements.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our corporate finance team. The role will oversee end-to-end financial management for our portfolio of hotels and restaurants, with a focus on consolidation, compliance, and performance analysis.

  • Consolidate monthly and annual accounts across all hotels and F&B outlets.
  • Prepare MIS reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for management.
  • Manage statutory, tax, and internal audits specific to the hospitality industry.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury management at group level.
  • Support budgeting and reforecasting for each hotel unit.
  • Liaise with banks, auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) with 3–7 years post-qualification experience.
  • Prior experience in hospitality / multi-unit business is strongly preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of hospitality accounting, tax compliance, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
