Role Overview

You will be responsible for lead generation and prospecting across various industries, identifying target customer lists based on Logistics, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Retail.

  • Research potential decision-makers (CXOs, Directors, Heads of Ops) and collect verified contact information.
  • Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria to ensure alignment with Twinamics' goals.
Outreach & Pipeline Building

Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls, crafting compelling first-touch messages that secure meetings and maintain CRM activity records.

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies using various communication channels.
  • Prepare and send compelling initial messages that establish connections and schedule meetings.
  • Manage and update CRM systems with pipeline activity data.
Sales Development

Support sales teams in discovery calls with prospects, document customer pain points and map them to Twinamics' use cases, and assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up communications.

  • Participate in discovery calls with sales teams and prospects to gather insights.
  • Document and analyze customer pain points and their relevance to Twinamics' offerings.
  • Contribute to proposal development, pilot planning, and follow-up email creation.
GTM Collateral & Demos

Assist in creating sales materials, one-pagers, and case studies, support product demo sessions, and take structured meeting notes.

  • Help design and create sales collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and case studies.
  • Support product demonstrations and facilitate note-taking during meetings.
Market & Account Intelligence

Track industry trends, competitors, and key accounts to personalize outreach and positioning efforts.

  • Monitor industry news, competitor activity, and enterprise AI adoption trends.
  • Identify key accounts for personalized outreach and tailor positioning efforts accordingly.
Metrics & Reporting

Track weekly KPIs: outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, and provide reports for the sales and GTM team on progress and insights.

  • Monitor and report on weekly performance metrics: outreach volume, meetings secured, and conversion rates.
  • Deliver regular reports to the sales and GTM teams highlighting progress and key findings.
