About the Role

  • Possess a deep understanding of marketing roles in a professional services firm, including marketing communications, campaigns, operations, and reporting.
  • Build comprehensive communication plans for clients from end-to-end.
  • Expertise in MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and ability to integrate various technologies to support marketing efforts.
  • Ability to analyze data, present insights, and scope out metrics-driven approaches.
  • Thrives in matrixed environments, prioritizing collaboration and integration.
  • Exhibits exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Drives conversations with leaders and marketers, fostering influence and strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities Include
  • Collaborate with co-founders to understand business and marketing objectives, and assist in designing marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Participate in strategic planning, assessment, and reporting.
  • Support the collection and analysis of measurement metrics and ROI reporting.
  • Manage email campaign programs, including execution, scheduling, and Areas of Interest (AOI) support.
  • Stay up-to-date on market drivers, competitive environment, target clients, and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop stronger client relationships and play a vital role in driving successful marketing initiatives by owning sections of larger campaigns.
  • Develop, implement, and own metrics and KPIs to measure success.
