We are looking for a results-driven Senior Marketing Executive with proven experience in B2B marketing to lead the planning and execution of multichannel campaigns targeting enterprise and mid-market clients. You will play a pivotal role in generating qualified leads, increasing brand visibility, and supporting business growth across IT services offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, LinkedIn, display, retargeting, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate with leadership and sales to shape campaign strategy aligned with buyer personas and sales goals.
  • Own the setup and performance of Google Ads. LinkedIn Campaign Manager and other Paid Media Platforms (including audience targeting, creative, budgeting, and A/B testing).
  • Work with content and design teams to develop high-impact landing pages, email sequences, and campaign assets.
  • Develop lead nurturing flows and collaborate on account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Track and report on campaign KPIs including lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
  • Use analytics tools to refine strategies and uncover insights.
  • Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging tools to recommend innovations.
  • Collaborate on event promotion, webinars, and partner campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the IT services or SaaS space.
  • Demonstrated success running performance-driven multichannel campaigns across paid media and email.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pardot).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to make data-informed decisions.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales funnel, longer buying cycles, and the importance of lead qualification.
