HR Executive Role

We are seeking an HR Executive to lead our human resources strategy and drive business growth through effective people management.

  • Develop and implement HR plans that align with organizational objectives, driving employee engagement, productivity, and retention.
  • Lead recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning.
  • Oversight of payroll administration, attendance management, and benefits provision to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Prior experience in the Gulf region (UAE preferred) is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances.
  • Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations.
