As a strategic partner to the Centre of Excellence Head, this is a full-time hybrid contract role located in Bengaluru. The successful candidate will assist in developing and implementing strategic plans, manage special projects, and oversee daily operations. They will coordinate between internal departments, streamline processes, and provide executive support to the Centre of Excellence Head.

The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, with experience in content creation, curation, editing, and content management. They should also have operational management experience, including overseeing daily operations, internal communications, and vendor management.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing and delivering multi-channel content programs
  • Managing project scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets
  • Running Agile workflows for content operations
  • Enforcing editorial quality standards
  • Managing vendors and freelancers
  • Providing weekly status updates and managing stakeholder communications

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A technology degree in Computer Science or Information Sciences is desirable but not required.
