We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our business analytics initiatives and drive growth through data-driven decision-making.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for spearheading business analytics projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Your expertise in data science and machine learning will enable us to stay ahead of the curve and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data analytics solutions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to improve our analytics capabilities.
  • Communicate complex data insights to stakeholders and partners to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize business processes.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Sciences, Mathematics, Operational Research, CA, or Engineering from a reputable institution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in analytics, preferably in financial services or retail business.
  • Proven track record of leading and mentoring data scientists.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, model development, validation, machine learning, NLP, and marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools like R, SQL, Power BI, and MS Excel.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
