The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the client research team to ensure high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting that directly supports strategic growth initiatives. This leadership role requires advanced expertise in data analytics, strong research acumen, and the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights and visually compelling presentations for senior stakeholders.

This is a highly demanding role, requiring exceptional leadership abilities, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and critical thinking skills. The successful candidate will bring 10+ years of experience in data research/analytics, including at least 3-5 years of team leadership, along with hands-on proficiency in analytical tools and visualization platforms.

Key responsibilities include leading and managing the client research team, conducting thorough research to gather and validate client-related and market data from multiple sources, leveraging databases, spreadsheets, and statistical software to organize, interpret, and analyze complex data sets, and ensuring accuracy, reliability, and integrity across all research processes.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field, and possess a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs under tight deadlines. Additionally, they should have strong knowledge of Excel, databases, and statistical software, and exposure to Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent tools is preferred.
